We offer free delivery within Orangeville and Mono, Ontario, Canada! Just select this option at checkout and once your order is packed, we will email you a delivery date.

Blooming Mable Kingdom Apparel currently ships within Canada and the USA only. All rates are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Please allow 3-5 days for packing and fulfillment.

CANADA
Orders of $100 or more receive free shipping. Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate based on your location within Canada which is calculated at checkout.

USA
Orders of $150 or more receive free shipping. Orders under $150.00 are charged a $20 flat rate or $33 for faster 2-day shipping. Customers are responsible if there are any duties or customs.

You will receive a tracking number by email once the order has been shipped. Blooming Mable Kingdom Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We cannot guarantee shipments to arrive before Christmas unless it is a local delivery and the product is ordered before December 15, 2022.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you have 15 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. Please notify us via email in regards to the detail of your exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your exchange. If your exchange is approved, we will initiate an exchange and it will be shipped out you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at bloomingmable@icloud.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. This is dealt with on a case by case basis.
